- Visit any participating Centre, and walk up to an Etisalat Geek.
- Inform the Etisalat Geek of your technical challenges
- The Etisalat Geek will perform an assessment and trouble shoot your device.
- If your device cannot be repaired by the Etisalat Geek, you have the option to drop your device for second level assessment by our repair centre partners. This applies to only in warranty devices.
