The SMS Status Updater lets you update your online Facebook status easily. To register for the SMS Status Updater service, click here and follow the steps, as pictured in “registration process description” below.

Once the registration process is completed, you can start updating your status by sending a message to 48767 (48SMS).

In composing your message, start with the letter S, and then include the rest of your status update message. For example, if you want to update your status with ’Eddie is Happy!’, all you need to do is send 'S Eddie is Happy!’ to 48767 and it will be posted as your profile status on Facebook for users to see.

• Enter your 0809ja mobile number in the stated field of the form that appears. Click ‘Receive verification SMS’. A verification number will be sent to your mobile phone.
