To get on board the Elite World SME Prepaid package, visit any of our experience centres near you or migrate from your Easy Cliq or Easy Starter by doing the follow:
- Buy a minimum of 3 lines for your employees
- Load N1, 000 for each line
- To migrate, kindly visit any Etisalat Experience Centre. However, you must have a minimum of 3 lines to migrate
- Can I get a special number on SME Elite World?
Yes you can have a special number on Elite World SME prepaid. At the point of purchasing the Elite World, you will be asked to choose a number from the available range |

4. How do I activate my SIM?
To activate your line, register your SIM card then make a call to any network or call 200. Once the line is activated you will receive a welcome SMS.

5. What happens if I don’t load up to N1000 monthly?
Your line will still be active, but you will be charged at a higher tariff and no free minutes or SMS will be credited to your account.
