This product is a voice package offered to Small and Medium Enterprises which comes bundled with 500 FREE minutes and 100 FREE SMS within the Close User Group.

2. What is a Closed User Group (CUG)?

CUG is a group of 3 or more mobile subscribers who can receive and make calls to each other for FREE

3. How to join the Elite World SME prepaid club.

To get on board the Elite World SME Prepaid package, visit any of our experience centres near you or migrate from your Easy Cliq or Easy Starter by doing the follow:

Buy a minimum of 3 lines for your employees
Load N1, 000 for each line
To migrate, kindly visit any Etisalat Experience Centre. However, you must have a minimum of 3 lines to migrate
Can I get a special number on SME Elite World?

Yes you can have a special number on Elite World SME prepaid. At the point of purchasing the Elite World, you will be asked to choose a number from the available range

4. How do I activate my SIM?

To activate your line, register your SIM card then make a call to any network or call 200. Once the line is activated you will receive a welcome SMS.

5. What happens if I don’t load up to N1000 monthly?

Your line will still be active, but you will be charged at a higher tariff and no free minutes or SMS will be credited to your account.

6. How do I check my Balance?

To check your balance, dial *232#

7. How do I recharge my account?

To recharge your account, dial *222*PIN Number*#

8. How can I migrate to Elite World SME Prepaid?

You can migrate from Easy Starter or Easy Cliq to Elite World SME Prepaid, by doing the following. However, you must have a minimum of 3 lines to migrate

Visit any Etisalat Experience Center to migrate

9. Can I migrate from Elite World SME Prepaid to other packages?

Yes, you can but will have to visit our Etisalat Experience Center.

10. Can I roam on my Elite World – Prepaid?

Yes you can roam to 10 international destinations including UK, USA, France, South Africa, UAE, India, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Cameroon and Benin Republic. More countries will be announced soon.

11. What is VIP Caller Services – Black?

This unique service enables you to allow all incoming calls except those on your black list.
