3. What is Minimum Monthly Payment (MMP) plan?
Your MMP plan is the minimum monthly amount you are willing to spend on the network. Elite World comes with 4 different Minimum Monthly Payment plans viz the 2500, 5000, 10000 and 20000. Each plan comes with amazing bonuses that helps you get more out of your minimum monthly spend on or off the Etisalat network. The higher the MMP plan you choose, the more bonus points you acquire and the more the freebies you can get.

4. How can I change my MMP plan?
You can change your MMP either at the end of the 30 day cycle or anytime within the cycle. To effect the change, kindly do the following.
- Recharge your account with the new MMP.
- Dial *246*1*<MMP Level># or Dial 246 and follow the voice prompt.

5. Can I get a special number on Elite World?
Yes you can have a special number on Elite World. At the point of purchasing the Elite World, you will be asked to choose a number from the range (0809 99 00 000- 0809 999 9999 and 0809 79 00 000- 0809 799 9999)

6. How do I activate my SIM?
To activate your line, make a call to any network or call 200. Once the line is activated, you will receive 2 messages. The first one is a welcome SMS while the second advises you to load your MMP and enjoy the benefits of Elite World Prepaid. Thereafter you load your MMP and dial *246*1*<MMP Level># or dial 246 and follow the voice prompt. For example *246*1*10000# |

7. Can I make homezone call on Elite World Prepaid?
No. The homezone feature is not part of the Elite World Prepaid package.

8. What happens if I don’t load my MMP at the end of the 30 day cycle?
Your line will still be active, but you will be charged at a higher tariff.

9. How do I check my Balance?
To check your balance, dial *232# |

10. How do I recharge my account?

You can migrate from Easy Starter or Easy Cliq to Elite World – Prepaid, by doing the following:
- Load your MMP
