Ringback Tunes may be purchased by dialling 251 from your Etisalat
line. You would be able to activate the Ring Back Tone service
before purchasing your preferred tone, by following the voice
prompts. (Activation is a one-off activity)
The downloaded Ring Back Tune becomes the default tune everyone who
calls you hears, before you answer the call. However, with Etisalat
Ring Back Tune servive you havethe option of setting tunes for
specific persons or group of people. |

3. How do I set a Ringback Tone for a friend?
After dialling 251 and activating the Ring Back tone on your Etisalat line, you would then be able to set different Ring Back
Tunes from our catalogue, for up to 10 of your friends.
Simply follow the voice prompt from “manage your personal library”
to “set Ring Back Tune”, where you would be able to select the
option of setting a tune for specific persons.How do I set a
Ringback Tone for a group of people?
From “manage your personal library”, you would have the option of
setting up groups of up to 10 people, by selecting “manage your
groups”, after which you could assign specific Ring Back Tunes for
each group through the “manage your personal library” function.
Can I use the normal ringing tone during work hours, but use a fun
Ringback Tone after-hours?
Yes, the Time Of Day functionality can be used to specify a unique
Ringback Tone to be played during a specific time period. The
default Ringback Tone will be played during all other times. You can
also choose a fun Ringback Tone as your default Ringback Tone.

Currently, Ringback Tunes are offered for the following categories:
Nigeria, African, and International. We also have Special
Recommendations, and Top 10 tunes.
The tunes are collated from various Music genres including : Rap/Hip
Hop, Pop, Rock, R&B, Alternative, Metal, Classic Rock, Soundtracks &
Themes, Country, Voice Tunes, Dance, Electronic, Folk, 60's, 70's,
80's, Oldies, Blues, Jazz, Inspirational, World, Latin, Holiday,
Sports, and Personalised. |

5. How do I pay for a Ringback Tunes?
The N100 charge is deducted after you confirm your intention to
download any tune, and an SMS is sent to you notifying you of the
charge.

activating my SIM card, what do I do if I can't make any calls?
Please visit the Authorized Dealer you purchased your SIM card from or dial 200 from your Etisalat line or 0809 0000 200 from any other network to reach Customer Care. |

7. How do I easily identify the latest Ring Back Tunes to
download?
You can access the latest tunes, by selecting “latest releases” from
the “download Ring Back Tune” option. |

you can you are given the option to download the particular tune
being played or scroll through the catalogue, till you find your
preferred tune.

You may delete any tune or Tune or Ring Back Tune setting by
following the voice prompts from “manage your settings”. |
