Predict and Win Dollar Rain (PAWDR) shall be available to new and existing Etisalat Subscribers on easy starter, easycliq and elite world packages only.
Weekly SMS will be sent to Etisalat Subscribers every Sarturday prompting them to predict the scores of a selected EPL Predict
& Win match of the week.
New and existing subscribers need to recharge with a minimum of N100 within that week (a week is from Saturday 3pm – the next Saturday 12 noon) before predicting the scores of the EPL match.
The same N100 and above weekly recharge qualifies subs for both the EFCB and PAWDR
Customers are to predict the scores of the stated EPL match by sending in their predictions
5151. Each SMS costs N50.
Customers will get a reply that their entries have been entered into the draws if they send SMS in a right format and have recharged a minimum of N100 within the current week.
Customers who have not recharged N100 and above within the week will get a prompt
that their entries have been received, but they need to recharge N100 within the prediction window and resend their prediction. These customers will be charged
N50 again.
Customers who have recharged with N100 and above but have sent in their prediction in
a wrong format will be prompted by SMS to send in their predictions in the right format and these customers will be charged
N50 again.
Customers can predict only one score of an EPL match as many times as they want. Predicting more than one score for the same match is not allowed.
Predictions end at 12 noon on the Saturday after the week’s Predict
& Win match of the week was announced.
At the end of each Predict and Win match, customers who got the prediction right and loaded the minimum N100 within the current week will be entered into a draw.
The Predict & Win matches are broken down into 2 categories namely Normal and Star matches.
From each of the 7 Normal Predict and Win matches left before the 2009/2010 EPL season ends, 9 5 cash prize , 9
winners will emerge from the draws and the 1st winner selected will win $2,500
while the other 4 winners will win $1,000 each.
4 matches have been identified as Star Matches for the 2009/2010 EPL season and for these matches,5 winners will also emerge. The 1st winner selected will win $5,000 and the other
4 winners will win $1000 each.
Selection of those who predicted rightly will
be done the Monday after the last predict and win
match has been played and cash prize winners will
be contacted before noon on Wednesday after winner
selection. Selection of the Dollar winners from
the draw will be by random selection from all
correct predictions received within time that
which satisfied all the other criteria such as
having loaded N100 within the week, answering in
the correct format etc.
This will be done automatically by our system from the backend with the sub receiving an automated SMS notification after the
5 winners haves been picked.
3 winners out of the 5 weekly winners will be called and invited to HITV for cheque presentation weekly.
The customers who predicted rightly but did not emerge as dollar winners at the draws will be rewarded with N100 bonus airtime
which they can use for both on & off - net calls.
For subsequent weeks, subscribers are to recharge with a minimum of N100 weekly to be eligible for the promo.
