Calling 200 on Elite World is much more than talking to a Customer Care agent. It is a FREE one-stop shop for getting access to all Elite World offerings, plus it’s easy to use.

By simply dialing 200, listening to the options, and making a selection of your choice by pressing the required button on your handset, you can take advantage of the various features of the system in 5 different languages – English, Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo and Pidgin.

On the first call to 200, you get the chance to select your language of choice. If do not select a language at this point, Pidgin will be set as your default language.

However, the language can be changed at any time by Pressing 9 on the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
