• As a special member of the club you need to ensure that you pay your bills promptly and regularly. To avoid service suspension you should ensure that your bills are paid on or before the 20th of each month.
• To keep you abreast of your usage, the system will send you notifications once you have used 75%, 85% and 100% of your credit limit.
• On the first day of every month you will get an SMS detailing your billed amount for the previous month.
• On the 10th and 18th of every month you will get a bill payment reminder encouraging you to pay your bills to avoid service suspension.
• If your bill is not paid by the 20th of the month, you will not be able to make outgoing calls, send SMS and MMS or use any other data packages. You will also receive a notification to this purpose. You will however be able to receive calls and text messages throughout the period your account is suspended.
