The subscriber shall ensure that the content of the RBT is not vulgar, insulting, offensive to any religion, group, association or to public sensitive. The subscriber shall not use this medium to promote violence, defamatory information or any information that may obstruct national peace and security. The information/content recorded by the subscriber is NOT Etisalat Nigeria’s content and it is not vetted or reviewed by Etisalat Nigeria. Etisalat Nigeria would therefore not be responsible for the use of the content published by the subscriber. The subscriber shall be liable for any breach of the terms of the contract”.
