Here are a few life helpful tips for your Easy Business Prepaid Package:
- As a special member of the club you need to ensure that you load a monthly upfront fee of the variant you wish to remain on before the end of your 30 day cycle. N1000 for Premium, N1000 for Complete and N500 for Compact.
- Three days to the end of your cycle you will receive an SMS reminding you to load your monthly commitment to ensure that you keep enjoying the benefits of the Easy Business Prepaid Package.
- Upon renewal, the subscriber gets an SMS notification confirming the success of the renewal. However if by the end of the 30 day cycle the subscriber does not load the minimum monthly payment, the system will start charging all calls at the base tariff of 50k/sec, higher than the monthly fee tariff, and no CUG freebies will be credited to the customer’s account.
- If you load your monthly fee after the end of the cycle the system will automatically credit your account with the free minutes and SMS based on the variant you subscribe to as well as charge all calls to Nigeria networks and to 5 international destination (US, UK landlines, China, India and Canada) at 25k/sec.
