How to Activate
Prepaid
1. To activate etisalat BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) on a prepaid line, do the following:
Ensure you have airtime equivalent to the monthly service charge for BIS
in your account
Send ‘bis’ in an sms to 399 or dial *399*1#
The service will be activated within the next 24 hours with the subscriber receiving an alert to that effect.
2. To activate etisalat BlackBerry Enterprise Service Plus, go to the nearest etisalat experience centers.
Postpaid
To activate any of the etisalat Blackberry services on your postpaid lines, you need to visit any etisalat Experience Center and talk to the Retail Executives.
