1. To activate etisalat
BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) on a prepaid line, do the following:
- Ensure you have airtime equivalent to the service charge for BIS
in your account
- Monthly Plan Send ‘bis’ in an sms to 399 or dial *399*1#
- Weekly Plan dial *399*6#
- Daily Plan dial *399*5#
The service will be activated and the subscriber will receiving an alert to that effect.
2. To activate etisalat
BlackBerry Enterprise Service Plus, go to the nearest etisalat experience centers.
To activate any of the etisalat Blackberry services on your postpaid lines, you need to visit any etisalat Experience Center and talk to the Retail Executives.
**Please note that all charges specific to your plan still apply.
Renewal is automatic for Prepaid as long as you have the required airtime in your account.
In the case where you have insufficient airtime in your account on your due date, the service is suspended until such a time when you have equal to or more than the required amount.
For postpaid lines, renewal is dependent on your postpaid bill settlement status. If your line is active having paid your bill, then the BlackBerry service will be automatically renewed. Otherwise, your BlackBerry service will be suspended until your bills have been settled.
