Paying your bills can be quick, simple, convenient and completely secure. There are six payment options available to our subscribers and they include:

1)Payment via ATM Payments can be made via QuickTeller enabled ATMs (Skye Bank ATM, First Bank ATM, WEMA Bank ATM, Mainstreet Bank ATM , Intercontinental Bank ATM, Stanbic IBTC ATM, Oceanic Bank ATM, Union Bank ATM, FCMB ATM, UBA ATM, Finbank ATM and Access Bank ATM).
Note however that payments can only be made through Interswitch card, Verve card and Naira Mastercard (excluding GTBank Mastercard)..

To make payment using ATM, follow the steps below on any QuickTeller enabled ATM:
2)Payment via Quickteller:

For Post-Paid subscribers: visit www.quickteller.com/etisalatpostpaid and follow the steps below: For Pre-Paid subscribers: visit www.quickteller.com/etisalat and enter the amount of airtime you want to purchase for instant airtime top-up OR select any of the airtime denominations listed.

3) Payment at Banks:
You can pay your bill via cheques or transfers in favour of Emerging Markets Telecommunication Services Ltd at any of the following banks using the corresponding account numbers at any of the bank branches:
 
Payments should be made in favour of Emerging Markets Telecommunication Services Ltd using the account details above.

4) Payment via Internet Banking:
You can also pay your bills online via the internet banking website of your bank.
Please note that you have to subscribe to the internet banking of these banks to make use of this option.

5) Etisalat Experience Centres:
Visit any of the Etisalat Experience Centres closest to you for your bill payment. Payments can be made via the Point of sale (POS) terminals provided at the centres.

6) Scratch Card:
To make payments via our scratch cards please use any of the two methods below:
a) To pay your bills - Dial *222*PIN*1# send/ok.
b) To recharge your account - Dial *222*PIN*0 #.
